Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Clerk to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Office Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner. File, organize, and maintain paper and electronic records. Prepare, scan, copy, and distribute documents. Prepare, pack, and process customer sample requests Enter and update information in company databases and spreadsheets with accuracy. Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintain office supplies. Assist with general office duties and provide administrative support to other departments as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Previous clerical, administrative, or office experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Familiarity with office equipment, including printers, scanners, copiers, and multi-line phone systems. Strong data entry skills. Ability to work on-site during scheduled business hours. Skills Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a busy office setting. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team. Work Schedule This is an on-site position requiring attendance at the company's office during scheduled business hours M-F 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. This position is not eligible for remote or hybrid work. Salary & Benefits Salary is $22-$24 per hour , based on experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored programs.
