Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. High school diploma or equivalent training/experience. 2. Two (2) or more years of experience 3. Able to meet the demands of the position, including lifting up to 40 pounds, bending, climbing a ladder. 4. Must have a reliable transportation and valid driver license 5. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and work independently

PERFORMANCE DUTIES

1. Sweeps, dry mops, wet mops, vacuums, strips, seals, and waxes floors, as assigned 2. Cleans, sanitizes and restocks bathrooms; takes out garbage 3. Removes debris on sidewalks leading to building, or as assigned. 4. Performs preventive maintenance. 5. Moves furniture and equipment within the building. 6. Performs light maintenance, repairs and painting tasks, as needed 7. Shovels and sands walkways and steps as directed. 8. Other tasks, as needed.
