The Project Administrator is responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. This role ensures compliance with all relevant safety, and environmental regulations, implements safety policies and procedures, conducts risk assessments, and supports the prevention of workplace injuries, incidents, and hazards. This is more than a desk-based position. You will play a critical, real-time role in the field, supporting operations during both daily activities and during active snow events. On-site Safety audits will be a critical part of this position, especially during snow events. Executive have Core Values they live by and as such, fully believe that all employees own safety. Qualifications Diploma, degree, or certification in project management. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to active job sites (company Truck provided for company related business) Experience This role must be fluent in spoken and written English Bi-lingual English/Spanish would be advantageous. Solid Experience with MS Project required. Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word ,Excel, Copilot) Professional safety certification e.g., Minimum OSHA30 Experience in commercial snow removal, or similar environments would be advantages. Experience conducting audits and regulatory inspections Working knowledge of
OSHA/DOT
regulations and compliance, winter safety practices, and vehicle safety standards would be preferable.
