Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and dependable Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, proactive, and detail-oriented , with exceptional skills in Microsoft Office. What You'll Do Provide day-to-day administrative support to keep the office running smoothly. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications. Draft, proofread, and format documents, presentations, and reports. Handle data entry, recordkeeping, and file management with accuracy. Assist with project coordination and team support tasks. Proactively identify ways to improve efficiency and processes. What We're Looking For Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail. Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines. Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . Excellent listening and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset. Coachable and eager to learn new skills. Requirements Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer. We are unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
