Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Korean speaking authorization coordinator is responsible for the coordination of patient visits, maintenance and upkeep of scheduling records in HHA Exchange. Korean speaking authorization coordinator oversees the operations of the office, including maintaining current employee personnel files, answering all phone calls, preparing and maintaining the Agency's payroll system, and compiling statistics necessary for Korean Speaking Office Manager.Responsibilities:
Confers with Office Manager on problems and complaints Updates authorizations and scheduleMASTER WEEK
Prepares weekly schedule for Home Health Aides and Registered Nurses Assists in coordinating personal care assistance provided to patients Controls and monitors schedule changes Checks compliance of visits done (on master schedule) after all notes are matched to charges, brings any scheduling problems to the supervisor's attention immediately Performs all coordinating duties when necessary Supervises the scheduling of appropriately skilled person to fill the case; the inputting of the scheduling information on the computer and continues to supervise the coordination of the scheduling Supervises the scheduling of replacement workers as needed and the input of the scheduling information Assists in relaying messages to field staff, office staff and community liaisons, gives and takes reports from the on-call coordinatorQUALIFICATIONS 1.
Bilingual Korean/English 2. High school diploma or equivalent 3. A college degree is preferable 4. Should be a skilled organizer able to manage office files, logbooks and staff schedules 5.
