Job Description
Executive Personal Assistant- Luxury Estate Sale & Digital Coordinator.
Location:
Holmdel, Monmouth County, NJ Pay Range:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour (Based on experience) A retired high-end antique glass and fine art dealer (formerly showcasing at the Park Avenue Armory NYC and major national convention) is seeking a sharp, tech savvy Personal Assistant. This role involves preparing for and executing three large-scale luxury estate sales spanning three consecutive weekends this October. You will work directly side-by-side with the owner. The owner provides staging directions and all curated inventory schedules for you to make up descriptive cardboard sales tags. Your other primary focus will be executing the digital marketing, photography, and organizational logistics.
Core Responsibilities:
Photography:
Take crisp, well lit, professional smartphone photos of fine furnishings, art high-end glass, and extensive holiday displays.
Digital Cataloging:
Upload and organize massive photo galleries. (100-200 + items per sale) onto premium estate platforms and Social Media.
Labeling Support:
Match printed digital manifests to pre-existing insurance schedules and assist in physical tag placement.
Event Execution:
Work on-site alongside the owner and setup crew during the live 2-day sale events over 3 weekends in October.
Requirements:
Must have a modern high-grade smartphone camera (iPhone Pro or equivalent and strong tech literacy. Exceptionally organized with file management (Google Drive, Cloud storage, bulk web uploading). Grace under pressure with a professional, trustworthy, and calm demeanor for managing busy event days. Respect and care for highly fragile, high-end value collections.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
