Marketing Customer Programs Administrator (Entry Level) Primary Talent Partners - 4.5 Jersey City, NJ Job Details Contract $55 - $65 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Productivity software Full Job Description Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Marketing Customer Programs Administrator (Entry Level) with a multinational science and technology company in Jersey City, NJ. This is an 11-month contract with a potential for extension.
Pay:
$55.00 - $65.00/hr ; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.
Description:
In this role, the responsibilities range from: Coordinating and supporting internal meetings and customer logistics and communications Manage on-site operations, including supply ordering, shipping, mail distribution, and visitor access Oversee facility maintenance and service requests Support routine financial processes, including invoice collection, submission, tracking, and vendor payment follow-up Partner cross-functionally to assist customer programs and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency Administer customer and sales surveys, and maintain accurate program data Additional duties as assigned The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor's degree or related field or 2-4 years of experience in laboratory administration, marketing operations, or customer program coordination roles Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail Experience coordinating logistics for events, meetings, or customer-facing activities Familiarity with Microsoft Office and enterprise workflow tools
Preferred:
Experience supporting customer experience programs, references, or marketing events Exposure to survey tools and customer feedback programs (e.g., NPS) Background in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical device environments Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and enterprise workflow tools Primary Talent Partners is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
