Principal Duties and Responsibilities 1. Input work orders and service requests. 2. Make appointments for Building Maintenance when needed. 3. Distribute written service assignments to employees as directed by General Foreman 4. Answer phones in a timely, courteous and professional manner 5. Retrieve messages. 6. Make return calls when necessary. 7. Follow up service requests with residents 8. Radio/E-mail/Text Building employees when needed. 9. File time sheets and closed work orders 10. Close work orders - bill when necessary. 11. Follow up calls with residents when needed. Other Duties All Employees are expected to perform any other work that may be assigned in addition to the primary duties as set forth above. Also, all employees are subject to the general rules and regulations as to appearance and conduct. Relationships Within the Organization The Service Coordinator is employed in a clerical position within the Administrative Service Department and functions under the direction and supervision of the General Foreman. Qualifications For A New Candidate Multitask, Computer, Office and Professional Telephone skills, reliable means of Transportation Schedule Monday - Friday (4 hours per day)
