Automotive Administrative Assistant

The McGovern Auto Group is looking for a Full-Time Motor Vehicle Title Clerk to join our team in Little Silver, New Jersey. We are a growing luxury automotive dealership that aims to deliver the very best customer experience in a team-driven environment. The following responsibilities include the following:

• Ensuring accurate processing of motor vehicle titles, registrations, and DMV paperwork.
• Maintain compliance with all state motor vehicle regulations.
• Verifying title information and resolving any issues.
• Organize and manage deal jackets, title documents, and lien releases.
• Support the office team with general administrative duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Previous Motor Vehicle Clerk / Title Clerk experience

REQUIRED

• Knowledge of DMV regulations and dealership processes.
• Knowledge with the CVR online registration system preferred but not necessary.
• Strong attention to detail, reliable, friendly, and a positive "team-player" attitude.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Pay for this position is $23.00
