Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas including floors, counters, sinks, and storage spaces through regular cleaning routines. Support catering events by preparing food items, setting up serving stations, and ensuring timely delivery of meals. Buss tables and clear dining areas promptly during service to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment to meet service goals while demonstrating hospitality and professionalism. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key! Knowledge of basic food handling safety practices and cleaning procedures. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during busy service times. Experience in bussing tables, food preparation, or banquet settings is a plus.
