Job Description
About the role:
This role is responsible for performing various administrative tasks and services within an office setting. This may include stewardship of office environments, answering the phone, greeting clients, mail and package handling, coordinating office supplies and equipment, maintaining professional environment of facilities, office maintenance and repairs, and providing general administrative support. As an Office Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and managing calendars.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing workstations and conducting office tours.
- Manage office equipment and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
- Will provide direct client support as needed at the local office.
