This is an excellent opportunity in Central New Jersey for recent college graduates looking to build a career in the legal field. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our office from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility for overtime . The position provides hands-on experience in the closing process with room for long-term growth and advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents, including but not limited to, data input Prepare intake forms for document preparation; review same for accuracy Work and oversee our document preparation team Draft and send initial client correspondence and emails PDF loan packages and upload same for client review Input data to Excel spreadsheets Answer inbound telephone calls Open, organize, and maintain legal files; assist with file closeouts Review executed legal packages for accuracy; scan and upload to client systems Enter and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets and Quickbase (training provided) Confirm and track wire instructions Manage and follow up on post-closing items Prepare FedEx shipping labels and coordinate weekly outgoing packages Manage scheduling and calendaring Answer phone calls for the departmentQualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (required) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Professional demeanor and a strong willingness to learn This is not a remote position. We are looking for a candidate eager to grow within the firm and contribute to a high-performing team.Job Type:
