The ideal candidate has experience in construction accounting , including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, AIA billing, job costing, and prevailing wage projects. Responsibilities Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Prepare

payment applications Maintain Schedules of Values and track retainage Enter and process vendor/subcontractor invoices Follow up on outstanding customer payments Track change orders and project billing Assist with certified payroll and prevailing wage compliance Maintain project and accounting records Qualifications Construction accounting or construction office experience Strong A/R and A/P experience Experience preparing AIA payment applications Knowledge of job costing and retainage Prevailing wage/certified payroll experience preferred Strong Excel and organizational skills Experience with QuickBooks Online, Knowify, Procore, or similar software is a plus This is a full-time, in-office position in Plainfield, NJ.
