Job Location:
Corporate Morristown This position is primarily responsible for providing support in the administrative functions of the Leasing Department of Simon Property Group. The position will provide support for three or more Leasing Representatives. This position will serve as a representative of the Leasing Department and must possess effective communication skills and professional appearance, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner. This position will be located at the Simon Premium Outlets office in Morristown, NJ.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Preparation of various projects for client proposals that may require the use of Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations. Assist assigned Leasing Representatives with entering deals into Salesforce and Lotus Notes either as proposals or as Deal Information Forms (DIFs). Also, the submission of CAD work orders and Landlord Work requests as needed. Preparation of center lease plans and TSDs to be provided to potential tenants utilizing links created in SharePoint. Coordination and request of center photos from our center's staff members for potential tenants. Coordinate conference calls and schedule meetings as needed. Schedule and secure all necessary travel arrangements. Complete all expense reports via Emburse Expense reporting ensuring accuracy and timeliness of submission. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Maintain courteous and professional relationships with co-workers and clients; professionally interface with all internal departments of Simon Property Group.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Five years minimum administrative experience required. Advance level of Microsoft Word, knowledge of Excel and Lotus Notes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Team player with willingness to assist others. Ability to work independently without direct supervision. Self-motivated and problem-solving experience. Excellent time management and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure. Strong organizational skills. Ability to proof large amounts of information, check for accuracy and appropriateness of data. Professional appearance. Attention to detail Multi-task oriented SSLE experience a plus. The pay range for this position is $15.92 - $30.05. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon various factors, including an individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
