Job Description Position Overview Tucker Ellis LLP is seeking an Office Services Specialist to join our Morristown, New Jersey office. This onsite position is responsible for providing a wide range of office and facilities support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and service-driven, with prior experience in office services, facilities, or administrative support—preferably in a professional services environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and a collaborative, can-do approach. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing mail, FedEx/UPS packages, and courier deliveries. Maintain office supplies, including ordering, stocking, and distributing as needed. Provide support with copying, scanning, printing, preparation of binders, formatting of Excel spreadsheets, and PDF documents. Set up conference rooms for meetings, including catering, technology, and materials. Assist with internal office moves, furniture requests, and facilities maintenance needs. Coordinate with building management and vendors for service requests or repairs. Support attorneys and staff with general office services requests, including assistance with trial documents and binders. Maintain neatness and organization of common areas, supply rooms, and file rooms. Assist with special projects and other administrative or operational tasks as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum of two years of experience in office services, facilities, or administrative support; law firm or professional services experience preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with office services. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with copiers, scanners, and office equipment. Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Working Conditions This role is onsite daily in our Morristown, New Jersey office. Work is performed in a typical office environment, with some physical activity required for deliveries, room setups, and office moves. Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays. Compensation The target compensation range for this position is $50,000-$62,000 per year . Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and other factors permitted by applicable law.
