Job Description

Prime, Tuvel & Miceli is in search of a part-time Administrative Assistant in its Mt. Laurel, New Jersey office. Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to and in no particular order): Must be familiar with Google Drive Help open and distribute mail and packages Assist the with office management tasks, like ordering supplies Assist paralegals with certified mailings, namely stuffing envelopes, putting the labels on and bringing to the post office (these tasks to be supervised by a paralegal) Prepare communications, such as memos, emails and other correspondence (such tasks to also be supervised by a paralegal or attorney) Preparing files for hearings (to be supervised by a paralegal) Typing 200-foot lists (to be supervised by a paralegal) Sending out UPS packages and mail Collate the paper submission packages (to be supervised by a paralegal) Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Other general administrative and clerical duties Answer phones and relay messages
Job Requirements:
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as Adobe Acrobat. Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents, and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Previous land use, zoning, redevelopment, municipal, and/or transactional law experience is preferred but not required. Willing to train if candidate is willing to learn. Ideal candidate will be available to begin working immediately.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 per week
