Owner of Doctor Fix It Restoration & Reconstruction Location:
Mount Laurel, NJ Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30
PM Pay:
$19-$22 per hour (Based on Experience)

Full-Time About the Position This is not your typical Executive Assistant position. I'm looking for someone to become my right hand—someone who wants to help build a growing company, not simply complete assigned tasks. As the owner of Doctor Fix It Restoration & Reconstruction, my focus is on serving customers, growing the business, and supporting my team. I need someone who can help keep me organized, make sure nothing falls through the cracks, and ensure our customers receive an exceptional experience from the first phone call to the final invoice. I'm looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, solves problems, follows through, and genuinely cares about the success of the company. I want someone who is willing to learn the business, earn trust, and eventually make decisions independently that keep projects moving and customers happy. ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support Manage the owner's calendar and daily schedule Schedule appointments to avoid conflicts and maximize driving efficiency by geographic location Organize and maintain the owner's email inbox Draft emails and correspondence when appropriate Prioritize daily tasks and remind the owner of deadlines, meetings, and commitments Coordinate meetings, phone calls, and appointments Keep the owner organized and focused on high-value activities Customer Experience Contact customers after appointments and estimates Follow up with customers to answer questions and determine if they're ready to move forward Ensure estimates are sent promptly and customers aren't left waiting Keep customers informed throughout every phase of their project Resolve customer concerns professionally and quickly Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish Operations Support Monitor active jobs to ensure they continue moving without delays Follow up with employees regarding estimates, paperwork, scheduling, documentation, and customer communication Help keep projects organized and moving efficiently Ensure no jobs, estimates, or customer requests fall through the cracks Help improve company systems, communication, and daily operations Technology & AI We're committed to embracing technology to improve our business.
Responsibilities include:
Researching and implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve efficiency Helping automate repetitive office tasks Identifying software and technology that improve customer communication, scheduling, and workflow Assisting with the implementation of new technology throughout the company Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Highly organized Detail-oriented Honest and trustworthy Friendly, professional, and confident An excellent communicator Comfortable speaking with customers, employees, and business professionals A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do Calm under pressure Able to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality Comfortable learning new technology and AI tools Interested in business growth, marketing, and networking Eager to learn and grow professionally Most importantly... QualificationsRequired Previous Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Assistant Manager experience Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication Professional phone etiquette Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Google Workspace Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Strong attention to detail Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle Smartphone Preferred Customer service or sales experience Restoration, construction, or home services experience Experience with CRM software Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Gemini What Success Looks Like When you're successful in this role: The owner's schedule is organized and optimized. Emails are organized, prioritized, and responded to promptly. Customers receive timely communication and exceptional service. Estimates are followed up on consistently. Employees stay accountable and projects continue moving. AI and technology improve the company's efficiency.
