Role Overview This position supports a small, home-based dog care operation by combining hands-on dog handling with light housekeeping, home organization, mild administrative work, and basic business support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a home environment, enjoys dogs, and is excited to help keep the home running smoothly while contributing to the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Dog Care Support — Supervise dogs, assist with feeding routines, monitor playtime, and maintain a safe environment. Light Housekeeping — Tidy common areas, wipe surfaces, manage clutter, and help maintain a clean, orderly home. Home Organization — Assist with organizing work areas, storage spaces, and household zones to support a clean, structured layout. Mild Administrative Tasks — Simple scheduling, light communication, basic record-keeping, and small digital or paper tasks. Business Support — Help brainstorm ways to attract new clients, assist with simple outreach or posting, and support small marketing or customer service tasks. Errand Assistance — Occasional small errands (optional depending on candidate). Flexible Task Support — Help with miscellaneous household or business-related tasks as needed. Ideal Candidate
