ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT LOCATION
NEWARKINTERNATIONAL AIRPORT - TERMINAL B, NEWARK, NJ
The position of Administrative Assistant is to serve as the Site Manager's assistant for a large commercial cleaning contract at Newark Airport, Terminal B. Responsibilities include I.D processing with the Port Authority Security I.D. Office and US Customs and Boarder Patrol, filling staff vacancies, ordering supplies, ensuring that all attendance sheets and reports are up to date, assisting staff with company policy questions, monitoring attendance, submitting the required paper work for injuries on duty, FMLA requests, and Leave of Absences. The incumbent must be proficient in Microsoft Xcel, and Word.Key Responsibilities Crew Coordination:
Monitor team schedules and clock-in/out logs; act as the central point of contact between clients and field cleaners.Office Operations:
Order office inventory and cleaning supplies, organize physical and digital filing systems, and keep company files updated.Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is highly preferred due to crew demographics.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace, and email applications. The hours of work for this position are: Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.We offer:
