The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the coordination of daily operations, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional service while maintaining efficient workflows. This position requires strong organizational skills, a patient-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Provide outstanding patients service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Support training development initiatives for new employees, including conducting employee orientation sessions. Presenting Treatment plans to patients. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock. Utilize math skills for accurate pricing, discounts, and financial reporting. Foster a welcoming environment by being multilingual, assisting diverse Experience Previous experience in a dental office is a must. Background in training development or employee orientation is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
