Job Description

Position Summary To perform administrative, secretarial, and analytical support functions for the Assistant Vice President, Heart and Vascular Institute (HVI), and the Director, Cardiac Services, and the HVI team. This position also performs administrative support for the Real Time Location Software (RTLS) including administrative and analytical support functions including education and rounding on clinical units where RTLS is utilized. Education High school diploma or equivalent with an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science or related field or certification from a secretarial school. Experience Prior administrative secretarial experience. Skills Proficient in software applications including, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Good organizational skills. Proficiency with web-based applications and database management. Ability to create multi-media presentations and content. Ability to work independently and in conjunction with teams. Ability to communicate effectively (oral and in writing). Ability to effectively interact with customers to meet their needs. Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision. Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment. Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and work schedule. Ability to set priorities, make effective decisions, and respond quickly to customer's needs. Ability to recognize and deal with problematic situations and to prioritize. Pay Range:
