Job Description

Qualifications:
Have a BA/BS from an accredited college and minimum of three (3) years of related experience. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of student registration procedures, enrollment policies, and state and federal requirements. Knowledge of Infinite Campus or similar student database systems preferred. Demonstrate proficiency in student information systems, spreadsheets, databases, and Google platforms. Demonstrate the ability to generate reports, compile data, and maintain accurate electronic and paper records. Possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Have excellent leadership and organizational skills and the ability to motivate people. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, administrators, and community members. Exhibit integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative. Exhibit a personality that demonstrates professionalism, enthusiasm, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary.
