Job Description
Store Merchandiser Representative Salary:
$18/hr. (Part Time)
•Higher in areas where Minimum Wages exceeds $18/hr.
Shift:
Thur-Sat 10am-3pm
The Opportunity:
As a Store Merchandising Representative, you are in a customer-facing job, where you have a fixed, part-time schedule. Your main responsibility will be providing excellent merchandising and customer service. You will mostly work alone with a variety of tasks each day. After your initial training, your main goal will be to keep Hillman displays clean and stocked while meeting the needs of each customer you serve.
What You'll Need:
A desire to serve others Enjoyment in working independently with a variety of work Your own transportation Experience reading and setting planograms Great communication skills What You'll Do Understand the client's company policies and procedures and follow them as directed. Create and maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with procedures. Cut keys to customers' specifications. Stock product and report out of stocks. Cross-merchandise accessories, replace missing or worn labels, POP, and racks. Attend promotional days and grand openings. Perform physical work necessary to tear down and/or assemble store displays, including racks and fixtures. Complete surveys as directed. Maintain key machines. Help train store personnel in key activity. Keep daily log as instructed by store manager. Show up each day with understanding and patience: no list can be comprehensive and sometimes, duties can change as needed, with or without notice.
