Job Description
Who are we looking for? We are looking for a Site Administrative Assistant to serve as the core administrative support for the Piscataway, NJ site, handling the day-to-day clerical and organizational tasks that keep the office running smoothly. This includes office supplies and equipment procurement, seating and space management, travel and office logistics, reception tasks, internal and external communication management, document preparation, filing and record-keeping, facility cleaning coordination, and company team-build activity support, among other duties.
This role will also provide remote support for leaders at the Wilmington DE R D site as needed. What will you be doing? Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting Support meeting logistics, including agendas, minutes, and follow‑ups Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed Provide general administrative support to team members and leadership Help with data entry, recordkeeping, and basic reporting Assist with onboarding tasks for new employees (as applicable) Who are You? Strong organizational and time‑management abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email platforms, scheduling tools) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving High school diploma required; associate degree or administrative training preferred Prior administrative or office support experience is a plus What competencies will you need?
