Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator - Experienced (Full‑Time) We are a well‑established, multi‑doctor dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator to join our team full‑time. The ideal candidate has prior dental front office experience , strong communication skills, and a friendly, professional attitude focused on excellent patient care. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist patients at check‑in and check‑out Schedule and confirm dental appointments Answer phones and manage patient inquiries Verify dental insurance and assist with patient billing questions Maintain accurate patient records and front office documentation Provide exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced dental office Qualifications Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist, Dental Front Desk, or Patient Coordinator preferred Knowledge of dental scheduling and front office procedures Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Professional, friendly, and dependable Ability to multitask in a busy dental practice Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Medical and dental benefits available after 2 months This is an immediate opening for the right candidate in a supportive, team‑oriented dental office.
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
