Job Administrative Assistant A TPA firm working exclusively with ERISA Qualified Retirement Plans has an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant. We are seeing a self-motivated individual that works independently and has the ability to handle multiple tasks. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide general administrative and clerical support including emailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to staff and clients. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system. Perform data entry and ability to run reports using our customer relationship management (CRM) software program. Answer calls from clients regarding their inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails. General office duties. Billing - Sending out Invoices to Clients and following up (QuickBooks)
Required Skill:
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Adobe. Sensitivity to confidential matters. Ability to work effectively under pressure and with deadlines. Communication skills - written, oral, telephone, and e-mail. Strong ability to multi-task. Organizational skills (e.g., time management, task management). Attention to detail and accuracy. Prior experience in 401(k)/Pension industry is a plus. Company offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and 401(k)
Plan Summary Pay:
$25.23 - $30.38 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
