Position Overview:
The Bilingual Office Assistant supports student and graduate career success by providing personalized job search assistance and cultivating employer partnerships. This role involves maintaining communication with students and employers, managing job opportunity pipelines, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. Responsibilities of the
Bilingual Office Assistant:
Communicate with students and graduates until employment is secured in their field or a related field. Monitor applicant progress through regular telephone contact. Verify continuous employment in accordance with school, accreditation, and company guidelines. Build and maintain relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities. Maintain an active lead generation system and employment database. Maintain student/employer conversion logs and documentation. Enter all data accurately and timely into the company electronic record-keeping system. Required Experience/Skills for the
Bilingual Office Assistant:
Strong public speaking and telephone communication skills, both in English and Spanish. Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office. Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple platforms. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Experience/Skills for the
Bilingual Office Assistant:
Experience in educational or career services environments. Familiarity with accreditation compliance and record-keeping systems.
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma.
