In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact, managing front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth office management, exceptional customer service, and seamless communication across all levels of our organization. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression at all times Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls accurately Manage front desk activities including scheduling appointments, handling mail, and maintaining visitor logs Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, word processing, proofreading, and maintaining office records Support office management by organizing supplies, coordinating meetings, and assisting with administrative projects Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and courteously Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to promote a professional environment Experience Prior office experience or administrative support roles preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated phone etiquette and experience answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs Proven customer service skills with a friendly attitude and effective communication capabilities Personal assistant or clerical experience that showcases attention to detail and time management skills
Pay:
$17.96 - $24.55 per hour
