Home Care For You, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Bilingual Office Coordinator to join our home care team. This full-time Office Coordinator position provides administrative and operational support to our patients, Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs), Case Managers, supervisors, and management team.

Position Summary The Bilingual Office Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily office operations, patient records, caregiver staffing, and administrative processes. The Office Coordinator will work closely with patients, families, CHHAs, Case Managers, referral sources, and supervisors to ensure services are properly coordinated and documented. Key Responsibilities Answer calls, assist with patient and caregiver requests, and provide professional customer service. Coordinate CHHA staffing, maintain caregiver files, and communicate with CHHAs, Case Managers, families, and management. Process referrals, intake information, authorizations, patient status updates, and required documentation. Maintain accurate patient records, CareCenta information, EVV entries, and incident documentation. Review timesheets and generate weekly payroll reports. Communicate with hospitals and discharge planners regarding patient admissions and discharges. Participate in the on-call rotation when scheduled and provide appropriate administrative support. Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, emailing, correspondence, and data entry. Required Skills Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required At least 1 year of related experience preferred Home care or healthcare administrative experience preferred Experience with electronic health records or EVV systems is a plus Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally Join Home Care For You, Inc. as a Bilingual Office Coordinator and play an important role in supporting our patients, caregivers, and healthcare team while helping improve the quality of everyday life for the clients we serve.
