HPI School of Allied Health Qualifications:
The candidate for this position is required to have a High School Diploma; essential educational preparation suited for the role. Have a completed criminal background investigation with freedom from any criminal infraction.Duties:
The administrative assistant at HPI is responsible for assisting the school administration in the performance of delegated duties. Performance appraisal shall be completed within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter.Role/ Responsibilities:
- Admit and enroll students, advise students, provide enrollment agreements
- Schedule appointments; communicate with HPI customers, vendors, and prospects
- Coordinate meetings and events, attend workshops, record and share information relevant to the functions of the organization
- Collect and deposit funds on behalf of HPI
- Participate in strategic planning and provide feedback regarding customer's complaints
- Collect, copy, and maintain student and personnel records
- Verify licensure and communicate with State Regulatory Agencies as an Agent of HPI
- Acknowledge rules and regulations of the organization as required by State Regulatory agencies
- Provide assistance to the students requesting use of learning resource system
- Maintain logs of student enrollments, completion, and placement records
- Any other duty as described by school administration or requested by program coordinators
- Provide corporate orientation and tours of facilities
