Licensing Admin Assistant Job Description Licensing Admin Assistant At Trinity Solar, we're not just selling solar, we're helping power the future of clean energy in communities across the country. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Sales Operations team and help keep day-to-day processes running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys administrative work, staying organized, supporting cross-functional teams, and learning new processes in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll provide administrative and operational support to help ensure our sales teams have the documentation, information, and coordination they need to succeed. What You'll Do Provide day-to-day administrative support for Sales Operations and related teams Assist with preparing, organizing, and submitting documentation and applications Track records, renewals, and important deadlines to ensure information remains accurate and up to date Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems with a high level of accuracy Communicate with internal departments and external agencies to gather information and support ongoing processes Research basic requirements and guidelines across different municipalities and states as needed Help organize and maintain digital files, records, and documentation archives Support process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative workflows Respond to requests and follow up on outstanding items to help keep projects moving forward Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly Positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and support the team where needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of administrative, office support, customer service, or operations experience preferred Experience working in a fast-paced office environment is a plus Experience with Salesforce or document management systems is helpful but not required Benefits Why Join Us?
