Role Description Our business is growing, and we need a reliable, experienced Customer Service / Office Assistance to help with customer management and administrative tasks. We are seeking an English/Spanish bi-lingual person with 2-3 years' experience working in a fast-paced, small office environment. The Customer Service /Office Assistant is responsible for entering orders in Quickbooks, creating shipping labels, manage inventory levels and create reports as needed. This full-time position requires a proactive individual that can self-manage their time and is able to multitask. Other duties include filing, answering phones and responding to emails, assisting with invoicing, bill entering, shipping and receiving paperwork and inventory management. Position Requirements/Qualifications:
High School Diploma (or GED) or certification from a vocational / trade school College education highly valued Speak, Read and Write in English-Fluently Speak Spanish-reading /writing highly valued A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role Competent with Microsoft Excel and Word Experience working in QuickBooks Excellent Phone demeanor Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees, customers, vendors and management. Ability to work independently. Must have the ability to make sound decisions, capable of communicating and reporting functions both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving. High Level of Organization. Work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to Multitask. To the qualified candidate we offer: A full-time position that pays between $19-25.00/hr. Depending on experience.

In person Qualifications Strong phone etiquette and customer communication skills, with the ability to interact courteously and clearly. Administrative assistance and clerical skills, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and record keeping. Ability to operate common office equipment such as computers, printers, copiers, and multi-line phone systems. Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Computer proficiency, including email, spreadsheets, and office software; prior experience with order or inventory systems is helpful. Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and independently with minimal supervision. Prior office or customer service experience in retail, food, or distribution environments is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or coursework in office administration or customer service is beneficial.
