Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires proficiency in various office management tasks, strong computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Duties Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries. Operate multi-line phone systems to facilitate communication within the office. Maintain organized filing systems and perform data entry tasks accurately. Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record-keeping as needed. Provide customer support through effective phone etiquette and problem-solving skills. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading documents, and preparing reports. Ensure efficient office management by maintaining supplies and equipment. Support team members with administrative tasks as required, fostering a collaborative environment. Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools for document creation and communication. Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative role or office management is preferred. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with QuickBooks is needed, bookkeeping experience is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks . Proven customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional support. Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading tasks. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
