About Us:
Living Invigorating Valuable Experiences (LIVE, LLC), is a Woman owned, 8(a), and HUBZone certified, performance driven professional services government contracting company that provides a broad spectrum of services and solutions to U.S. government agencies and organizations, based out of Atlanta, GA. About the Position Please note that this is a contingent role. LIVE is seeking a detail-oriented TAP Data Entry Assistant to join our team at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico. This position will support the Military & Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) and its Transition Assistance Program (TAP), serving as the front-desk point of contact and performing TAP data entry in support of day-to-day operations. The contractor will work closely and coordinate extensively with Government personnel, including the M&FRC Flight Chief/Supervisory Community Readiness Consultant (CRC) and the TAP Core Compliance Expert (CCE). The anticipated workload is approximately 80 hours per month; normal duty hours are Monday through Friday, 07:30-16:30.
Responsibilities:
Receive visitors to the M&FRC in person, by telephone, email, and virtual methods (MS Teams); greet, assist, and appropriately refer customers in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Perform TAP data entry; monitor completion of eForms (DD Form 2648) through the DoD TAP database within 2 business days of initial counseling, pre-separation counseling, workshops, and capstone appointments. Log daily sign-in data in the Air Force Family Integrated Results and Statistical Tracking (AFFIRST) database and document customer interactions as tracked visits. Schedule client appointments and classes; send reminder emails to TAP enrollees at least two weeks prior to training; track class attendance daily. Perform TAP in- and out-processing functions and maintain inventory of TAP counseling folders, curricula, and resource materials. Safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of all customers; protect and properly dispose of (shred) paperwork containing CUI/PII. Maintain digital and hardcopy resource guides and phone directories; stock and monitor office supplies and notify staff of shortfalls.
Provide marketing support:
track and monitor marketing requests, post products to Facebook and monitor social-media interactions, distribute digital and hardcopy materials, and maintain the virtual TAP job board. Assist with managing Tockify, TimeTap, and other M&FRC class/appointment management websites. Support the Computer Lab/Discovery Resource Center (DRC): assist clients with printing, copying, faxing, and minor troubleshooting; help create MyAuth and VA.gov accounts and recover passwords; sanitize stations and perform daily opening/closing procedures. Handle minor customer issues and complaints; promptly elevate concerns to the Flight Chief/Supervisory CRC or TAP CCE. Perform front-desk opening (0800; 1030 on Thursdays) and closing (1600) procedures and keep the reception area safe and clean.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in front-desk reception and data entry. Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft 365 applications. Proficiency with social media and leveraging technology in marketing approaches and strategies. Ability to communicate fluently in English—orally, reading, and writing. Ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) and base access; must pass a background check and submit a base access request letter no later than 5 calendar days prior to contract start. Completion of required annual training (Cyber Awareness Challenge, Controlled Unclassified Information, Operations Security, and Force Protection) and one-time MilLife Learning/OneOp readiness courses. Ability to maintain a neat, professional appearance with distinctive contractor clothing and name tag while on the installation.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least two years of education in the social sciences, or two years of appropriate experience demonstrating mastery of social science topics. Prior experience supporting a Military & Family Readiness Center, Transition Assistance Program, or similar federal/DoD customer-service environment. Familiarity with AFFIRST, the DoD TAP database, and DD Form 2648 eForms.
