Position Summary The Senior Administrative Specialist is a trusted partner to company leadership, providing high-level administrative support that enables efficient business operations. This position is responsible for coordinating administrative functions, maintaining critical business records, supporting internal communication, and ensuring the office operates with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, exercises excellent judgment, maintains confidentiality, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities frequently shift. Key Responsibilities Provide executive-level administrative support to operational and company leadership. Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and scheduling for key leaders. Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and business documents. Coordinate company meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items. Maintain confidential personnel, operational, and business records. Process invoices, expense reports, purchase requests, and other administrative documentation. Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems. Coordinate communication between departments to ensure timely completion of projects and initiatives. Assist with onboarding activities and administrative support for new employees. Develop, maintain, and improve administrative procedures and office workflows. Generate reports, compile data, and assist leadership with business metrics and analysis. Coordinate office supplies, vendor relationships, and general office operations. Support special projects and company initiatives as assigned. Provide exceptional internal and external customer service while representing Redi with professionalism. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years of progressively responsible administrative experience. Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational, project coordination, and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Experience in construction, industrial services, transportation, or a related industry is preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Schedule Monday

00 per hour DOE Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and administrative expertise demonstrated. Must be willing and able to pass an initial and periodic drug screens and a background check upon hire.
