As a Front Desk Agent, you will handle a variety of tasks including greeting visitors, managing phone communications, and supporting office management functions. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously Maintain organized filing systems, including digital spreadsheets and paper records Handle data entry tasks with precision using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets Support office management activities including calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and document proofreading Assist with client communication via phone, email, or in person to provide excellent customer support Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and managing incoming correspondence to keep the front desk running smoothly Requirements Proven experience in office administration or front desk roles, preferably within medical or dental settings Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry software, and familiarity with bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients Demonstrated experience with multi-line phone systems and office management procedures Capable of handling clerical tasks such as proofreading, filing, and maintaining accurate records Previous experience in customer service or administrative support roles is highly desirable Ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in all responsibilities Join us as a Front Desk Agent and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while supporting daily office operations!
