Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and assist employees, visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner Manage visitor check-in including assisting with issuing and collecting visitor badges in accordance with company security protocols Answer, screen, and route incoming calls using multi-line phone system Monitor and respond to general emails and internal communication platforms Receive, log, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries Coordinate outgoing mail and shipments Assisting with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference rooms using Microsoft Calendar Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems in accordance with record retention policies Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate purchasing Coordinate service and maintenance of office equipment and facilities Other duties as assigned by management.
Experience and Education:
Required:
High School diploma or equivalent Three years of administrative experience preferred Other Skills and Abilities Previous experience working in an office and/or corporate environment preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience working with HRIS systems preferred (UKG preferred) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Basic understanding of administrative procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a corporate environment
Essential Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit/stand up for up to a full 8-hour shift, in the performance of the position Must be able to work with limited supervision under stressful conditions Must be able to use a desktop and lap top computer, mobile and multi-line phone, copy machine/scanner, fax machine to accomplish duties Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates Must be able to bend, reach above head and lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
