Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. This role is essential for maintaining smooth office operations and providing excellent customer service. This is a morning to afternoon position. Duties Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management. Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and messages efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service to clients. Maintain organized records and assist in scheduling appointments. Support Insurance rep with client confidentiality and compliance with regulations. Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite. Insurance experience a plus Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced communication capabilities. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is advantageous. Attention to detail, particularly in proofreading documents, is essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
