We are currently accepting applications for a contract Clinical Research Coordinator to support one of our leading clinical research site network clients in Las Vegas Nevada. Position Summary The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) supports the day-to-day coordination and execution of clinical research studies while ensuring compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. This role partners closely with investigators, research staff, and study participants to ensure high-quality clinical research and an exceptional participant experience. Responsibilities Coordinate and support clinical research studies in accordance with study protocols and regulatory requirements. Screen potential study participants and collect medical histories and other required information. Assist with the informed consent process and participant enrollment. Schedule study visits, procedures, and participant follow-up activities. Collect, document, and maintain accurate source documentation and clinical research data. Educate participants on study requirements and respond to study-related questions. Monitor study progress and report adverse events, protocol deviations, and other research-related findings. Maintain study files and documentation through scanning, uploading, filing, and record management. Draw, process, package, and ship laboratory specimens when qualified. Follow site SOPs, HIPAA, GCP, FDA regulations, and other applicable research standards. Support additional research activities as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher in a health-related field preferred. Previous clinical research experience or foundational knowledge of clinical research strongly preferred. Experience with patient care and medical terminology required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic data capture (EDC) systems preferred. Knowledge ofGCP, HIPAA, ALCOA
principles, FDA regulations, and IATA guidelines preferred. Experience with participant screening and informed consent is highly desirable. Preferred Certifications Medical Assistant (MA) certification preferred. Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
