The Role As the Accounting & Operations Coordinator, you will wear multiple hats, blending financial record-keeping, office management, and program coordination. You will also serve as a vital on-site partner to our remote Corporate Office Manager, requiring a high degree of integrity, objectivity, and promptness. Job Summary Key Responsibilities Financial & Accounting Operations Drive full-cycle bookkeeping, utilizing a strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Process customer payments via checks and credit cards while maintaining accurate client records in QuickBooks. Oversee inventory receiving, invoice preparation, job costing, and expense receipt entry. Perform routine vendor account reconciliations. Office Management & Corporate Support Manage day-to-day office logistics, including incoming and outgoing mail, bank deposits, and maintaining office and breakroom supplies. Maintain a welcoming, presentable showroom for walk-in customers and ensure general office organization and flow. Collaborate with the remote Corporate Office Manager to retrieve documents, prepare for corporate events and meetings, and maintain strong internal company communications. Establish and maintain neat, highly organized physical and online filing and record-keeping systems. Home Depot Partnership Coordination Assist in onboarding new dealers into the Home Depot program. Manage Home Depot leads, upload job contracts, and provide ongoing dealer support. Monitor and ensure dealer compliance within the Home Depot program framework.
Qualifications & Required Skills Experience:
Requires a minimum of three (3) years of office support and administrative experience.
Accounting Experience:
Requires a minimum of three (3) years of dedicated accounting experience and working in Quickbooks Desktop.
Education:
Completion of a High School Diploma or GED.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong expertise in QuickBooks Desktop/Enterprise, MS, Word, and MS Excel. Experienced with Google Gmail, Drive, Calendars etc.
Computer Skills:
Intermediate to advanced application of computers, specialized software, and standard office machines, alongside a typing speed of40+ WPM.
Analytical Abilities:
Capable of performing basic mathematical calculations (including ratios and percentages), data analysis, tracking statistical data, and (including ratios and percentages), data analysis, tracking statistical data, and preparing reports.
Work Style:
A highly motivated self-starter and team player with a proactive preparing reports, approach to improving processes, strong multi-tasking skills, and critical thinking capabilities to thrive under cyclical time constraints. Someone who is willing to dig in and get the job done no matter how big or small.
Communication & Professionalism:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong telephone etiquette. Must handle all internal, external, and vendor contacts with tact, diplomacy, and customer-service orientation—particularly when managing difficult situations or confidential information.
Pay:
$27.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
