Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Office Personnel to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of daily office functions. This role is vital in maintaining an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment for staff, clients, and visitors alike. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude to support various office activities. Your energy and attention to detail will help foster a productive workplace where everyone can thrive. Duties Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth Operate multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls with courteous phone etiquette, and route messages accurately Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office applications and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and record-keeping purposes Maintain organized filing systems, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information at all times Assist with office management duties such as supply inventory, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and supporting client communication efforts Support administrative tasks including typing correspondence, managing calendars, and handling general clerical duties to keep the office running smoothly Experience Prior office experience demonstrating proficiency in clerical tasks, data entry, and customer service Strong computer literacy with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks accounting software Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to assist diverse client needs and enhance communication within the team Proven experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail Personal assistant or office management experience is a plus, showcasing your capability to support executive or team needs Join us in creating an energetic workplace where your organizational talents make a real difference! Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
