Job Description

I am looking for an assistant to help me complete tasks and support day-to-day operations of my facial studio while I'm in appointments with clients!
Your Role Would Include:
Client check in and check out Answering client inquiries through text messages, Instagram DM's, and calls Scheduling appointments Maintaining and updating client records Shipping out skincare product orders Coordinating skincare product pick up orders Assisting with social media content of my daily schedule
Pay:
From $21.00 per hour
