We are seeking a highly organized, self-sufficient, and driven Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership and assist with administrative functions across multiple related businesses. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and remains calm and effective under pressure. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership and management staff Create, maintain, and organize internal documents, reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously with minimal supervision Compile and prepare routine and ad hoc reports, research materials, and summaries as requested Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams across multiple affiliated businesses Track assignments and provide daily status updates to supervisors on completed and pending tasks Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times Adapt to changing priorities, workloads, and business needs as they arise Be flexible with work hours when required and occasionally travel outside the primary work location as needed Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative or office support role Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with senior staff and team members Proven ability to handle a high volume of work under pressure without sacrificing accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office technology Pharmacy Technician experience or familiarity with pharmaceutical compliance is a plus
