This role is vital in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment. The ideal candidate must maintain absolute confidentiality and professionalism at all times, is adaptable, security-minded, and able to transition smoothly between elementary and middle/high school settings. Job Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Previous experience in an office, customer service, or school setting is preferred but not required.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Confidentiality:
Strict adherence to confidentiality guidelines and privacy laws (such as FERPA) regarding all student, family, and staff records.
Adaptability:
Ability to work effectively with different age groups, from elementary students to high schoolers and adults.
Technology:
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with email and standard office software.
