Job Overview Excavation and Landscaping Company looking for experienced Operator to run various types of construction equipment. Must be able to work in tight areas and around live utilities. Minimum of 5 years experience. Candidate must also be willing to multi task and work well with Laborer's and others on job site. Looking for people that want to stick around and grow with the company. Full-time Pay based on experience Duties Operate excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, dump trucks, and other heavy machinery with precision and safety. Perform excavation tasks including trenching, digging foundations, grading slopes, and site leveling for construction or landscaping projects. Conduct routine inspections of equipment before and after use to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Follow all safety protocols and maintain clear communication with team members during operations. Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, maintenance needs, and project progress to support efficient workflow. Experience Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks, and dump trucks. Minimum 5 years. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance. Prior construction experience with a focus on excavation or landscaping projects is highly desirable. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with experience driving large vehicles such as dump trucks is preferred, but not required. Knowledge of safety standards related to heavy equipment operation on construction sites is essential. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards.

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
