The Night Coordinator plays a critical role as a liaison between the company and its clients after normal business hours, responding to emails promptly and ensuring efficient communication. They support colleagues with vendor follow-ups, organize and maintain email communication with clients in emergency situations. Additionally, the Night Coordinator supports with Supervisor who is staying at night with emergency work orders

Communicate Effectively with Vendors, Managers and Clients as needed. Respond to
Emails and Update Clients:
Effectively communication between all parties. Ensure proper documentation on all work orders; schedule, reschedule and cancel work orders as requested by the client. Keeps new work orders and follow ups organized: Ensures email correspondence is orderly and responds in an appropriate amount of time for what can usually be emergency type situations for our clients.
Answers Phones and Group Line:
Provides prompt responses to incoming calls on both individual and group lines.
Update Double Systems:
Maintains and updates information on internal CMMS and client CMMS, including ETA adjustments
Approves DNE Rates:
Authorizes 'Do Not Exceed' rates for services, ensuring cost control. Communicates with
Day Crew:
Ensures effective communication with the day crew for smooth transition between shifts. Support Coworkers with Vendor Follow-Ups. Provides assistance as needed for efficient vendor communication and coordination. Support Coworkers with new work orders. Completes Quarterly/Annual Self Evaluations:
Conducts self-assessments to reflect on performance and areas for improvement.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Previous experience in an office environment preferred. Previous industry expereince is a
PLUS Physical Demands:
Continual periods of sitting at a desk and computer. Frequent reaching for files and documents, bending to file papers, and twisting to answer phone calls. Extensive use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and using a computer mouse. Occasionally lifting and carrying moderate weight (up to 25 pounds) of files, binders, and office equipment. Extensive use of close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
Primarily working in an office environment with standard lighting and temperature control. Some background noise from colleagues, phones, and printers, but generally quiet working conditions.
