Job Description
Stellar Roofing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant - Production to support the production team in coordinating roofing projects from scheduling through completion. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining smooth communication between crews, suppliers, sales, and management to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Answer calls from customers and log details in to the CRM system for prompt and accurate intake. Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams using strong phone and email etiquette. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers through a series of actions (phone, email) to ensure transparency through the closure of issues/orders. Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate dates/order changes and respond to customer requests for status/change requests of open orders. Proficiency in computer usage, Microsoft Office products and email skills required, ability to type and use a calculator. Time management, and an ability to handle multiple, sometimes conflicting, priorities. Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality. Willingness to learn and assist with other departments as needed. Manage multiple administrative duties including document handling and general office upkeep. Support other departments when needed and perform general clerical tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or relevant certification a plus. 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction, roofing, or production environments. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with project management or ERP software. Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of roofing industry terminology and processes is a plus.
