Full Job Description Job Description:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at our Buffalo headquarters. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role will require travel between Lancaster and Cheektowaga locations. What will you do? Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy. Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain the reception area and conference rooms to ensure cleanliness and readiness. Schedule meetings and coordinate room bookings. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Support HR and Operations teams with onboarding and office logistics. Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed. Coordinate catering and meal arrangements for internal events, meetings, and customer visits, ensuring dietary preferences and schedules are accommodated. What's in it for you?
