We specialize in electrical equipment, including circuit breakers, panels, switchgear, transformers, and related electrical components. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with computers, and able to manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment. Electrical industry experience is not required, but a willingness to learn our products and processes is important. Responsibilities Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets Maintain accurate electronic and paper records Update inventory, pricing, and product information in company systems Communicate with customers regarding order status and general questions Assist the sales and warehouse teams with administrative tasks Scan, organize, and file documents Track outstanding orders and follow up when necessary Perform general office duties as assigned Qualifications Previous administrative, office, customer service, or data-entry experience preferred Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and web-based systems Accurate typing and data-entry skills Strong attention to detail and organizational ability Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Dependable attendance and punctuality Comfortable working in an office connected to an active warehouse environment Ability to learn basic electrical product terminology High school diploma or equivalent required Preferred Experience Experience maintaining Excel spreadsheets and organizing business data Experience with data entry, inventory, or general office administration Experience working for a distributor, wholesaler, manufacturer, warehouse, or construction-related company Familiarity with electrical equipment or industrial products Experience using QuickBooks, inventory software, or order-management systems Work Environment This position is primarily performed in an office setting within an active electrical equipment warehouse. The employee will regularly communicate with customers, vendors, sales staff, and warehouse employees.
