Delaware Valley Job Corps is an education and training center located in beautiful Callicoon, NY. We use student-focused programs to ensure successful training and employment placement for every individual we serve. ๐๏ธ What You'll Do
Provide clerical and administrative support to department leadership
Prepare reports, correspondence, and confidential documents
Track and maintain Center reports, requests, and contract deliverables
Schedule meetings, coordinate communications, and assist visitors
Maintain Job Corps and Company systems, databases, and records
Organize files and ensure accurate documentation
Support special projects and assist other departments as needed
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Collaborate with staff across departments to support daily operations ๐ธ What You Get

High School Diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years of clerical or administrative experience preferred
Degree or certification from an accredited training program preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
